myQaa at SNCF's event

myQaa helped 500 top executives from SNCF (the National French Railway company) work together to find solutions to the business challenges they had previously identified.
They had one day to work on 4 recurring problems, on top of getting to know each other better. Using myQaa’s brainstorming module, they all co-created solutions for these topics. They were divided by teams who could send their inputs, see everyone else’s contributions and vote for the best ones. At the end, the moderator chose the top ones and showed them on the screen.
To complete the team building event, SNCF used myQaa’s quizzes that asked, in a fun and engaging way, questions about the company. The employees also took part in a sport challenge and used iPads with myQaa’s app to earn points.


The real time component of this activity could have been challenging, but thanks to myQaa it worked perfectly. We found having their staff supporting us on-site was really helpful. Besides, working with the team during the planning process was easy and we appreciated their flexibility to accommodate our needs.
