L'Union Sociale pour l'Habitat was looking for a way to give a voice to the 5,000 participants that attend its congress every year. In 2012? they called myQaa to drive engagement during their plenary sessions. Participants could ask questions or posts a comments from their smartphone or via SMS. Thanks to myQaa's Smart Q&A feature, there were 100 times more questions than in the previous year!
After a great first experience in 2012, USH has already envisioned a 3 years roadmap to roll out additional services every year. And in 2013, they are releasing an native application for their event.
